Beautiful 36' Montana High Country 323RL set up as a luxury condo for two people. Non-smokers, no pets. Our fifth wheel has been very well cared for. It looks like a newer RV. Tires are three years old with only 7,000 miles use. Two new AGM batteries. New Tropi-cool Rubber Roof Coating and new front A/C unit. It's a beautiful get-a-way home for two people! For the past four years it has been a wonderful winter home for us in AZ. The original owners used it as a lake house in Wisconsin and didn't move it at all, so it has not been towed much.
