Montana High Country 305RL with twin A/Cs, 3 slide outs - with toppers, automatic leveling system!

Are you looking for a great Fifth Wheel to hit the road to see the country? Look no further - this 2017 Montana High Country 305RL is a great Fifth Wheel - not too big - or heavy for easy towing - plenty of room to enjoy life on the go!

The floorplan includes three slide-outs - with a large open rear living area with dual recliners facing the entertainment center with a large flat-screen TV over an electronic fireplace and stereo system. The pull-out sofa sleeper adds a second sleeping area for guests.

The galley is fully equipped with lots of solid surface countertop space - with a kitchen island and a double kitchen sink with matching covers - a 4-door full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven hood fan/vent, and three burner stove top with glass cooktop cover, and the gas oven below. The galley has lots of storage space, including a custom hutch/sideboard that was made deeper 24 inches versus the standard 12 inches; it has custom pull-out drawers for easy storage and a wine bottle rack. There are additional cabinets in the island and above the main appliances.

The dining table with four chairs is across from the kitchen island in the same slideout as the entertainment center.

As you head up the hallway the control panel is on the wall - the bathroom is on your left as you reach the upper level - it features a large walk-in shower with a seat and skylight overhead for lots of natural light. The bathroom sink has a medicine cabinet overhead and additional cabinet space below the sink. The toilet is opposite the sink - and there is additional linen closet space to the right of the toilet.

The large master bedroom has a privacy door, a king-size bed with storage space below, and a dresser with a TV mounted over it at the foot of the bed. The full-width wardrobe closet with mirrored sliding doors is at the front of the master bedroom - additional custom shelving has been added, plus the washer/dryer prep is to your right when you look into the closet.

Outside, the unit has a large pass-through storage area near the front of the RV - all of the water controls are centralized, and the auto-leveling control panel is located near the water control system. The 12-gallon hot water heater is on the same side as the water control area. The RV systems - water, power, sewer, and water heater - are clearly marked and easily accessible.

There is an exterior storage rack on the rear bumper and a roof access ladder at the rear. There is a Wifi booster system in addition to the King Antenna system.

The unit is stored under cover in the storage barn as shown in the photos, so the roof and exterior finishes are in great condition.
