THIS UNIT IS VERY CLEAN! THE ONLY ISSUE WE FOUND WITH IT IS A SMALL SOFT SPOT IN THE FLOOR AT THE RIGHT REAR CORNER. WE HAD OUR TECHNICIAN LOOK AT IT AND THERE IS NO EVIDENCE OF ANY CURRENT LEAK.
NORMALLY WE WOULD PRICE THIS UNIT AT $24,900. WE HAVE REDUCED IT TO $19,900 BECAUSE OF THIS ISSUE.
