This trailer has been my full-time home and is maintained daily, not a weekend camper that sat neglected in a driveway. Everything works, everything's been used, and everything's been cared for. Made 2 trips to AZ and back. Roof is in excellent condition and has been regularly inspected and maintained myself. Just had the AC serviced (May 30, 2026) and roof inspected with a thumbs-up from the pro, himself. Can provide contact info to verify, on request.

Tow stabilizer, high-quality vinyl skirting, backup camera system, upgraded memory foam mattress, gas campfire pit, folding picnic table and chairs, external hidden gas grill, mini fridge, and external speaker system.

Comfort & livability:

Sleeps 8 — full bunk beds, queen master bed, jackknife couch, and dining table that converts to a bed. One slide-out. Large flat screen TV. Cold AC, excellent gas heater, and an owner-installed electric fireplace for ambiance and added warmth.

Full-timer features:

Solar-ready. Heated black, gray, and fresh water tanks. Hot water heater and refrigerator run on gas or electric. The vinyl skirting and heated tanks make it livable year-round in the Pacific Northwest — already proven.

Condition:

Excellent. Clean title. If you're looking for a move-in-ready setup where everything is already dialed in, this is it.
