This 2022 Springdale 285TL is located in Destrehan, LA, near New Orleans.

The trailer was used as temporary housing for the owners while their home was remodeled. It has never been towed on the highway for a camping trip. It has only been pulled once when delivered to the owners from the original seller's lot.

The entrance on the rear side of the trailer leads into a very inviting living area, with two recliners across from the TV and fireplace. A sofa and dinette booth are on the slide, both convertible to beds.

In the center of the camper is a full kitchen with a residential-size refrigerator/freezer combo, a pantry, a 3-burner stove, oven, microwave, and double sink.

In the front of the RV is a bedroom with a queen bed, lots of storage, and a large TV. Next to the bedroom is a full bath with a large shower, sink, medicine cabinet, and toilet.

Outside, there is an outdoor refrigerator and lots of undercarriage storage.
